Forklift Operator/Warehouse Material Handler
Job Summary: At Walmart’s Dairy Plant in Fort Wayne, IN, one of the largest milk processing plants in the U.S., we are seeking an experienced Material Handler. You will assist with loading trailers, managing freight, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Move and load freight manually or with powered equipment.
- Identify, count, and scan freight, and maintain accurate records.
- Keep work area organized by managing pallets and maintaining freight flow.
- Monitor freight to ensure compliance with cold-chain and species standards.
- Communicate with managers, co-workers, and customers to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with warehouse management systems and freight handling is preferred.

Salary:
- Hourly Wage: $18.55 - $20.55 per hour.
- Additional Compensation: Premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances.
