Fully Remote Account Agent (Entry Level)

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business needs, excellent consultative skills, and the ability to navigate complex client requirements. Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage businesses in need of corporate solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and company executives.
- Stay informed about changes in business regulations and market trends.
- Engage with clients through digital platforms, including chat, email, and video calls.
- Use technology to assess client needs and suggest customized solutions.
- Educate clients on available tools and self-service resources.
- Manage digital applications and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the online client experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with digital platforms and customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess and communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial financial products and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,556.00 - $74,900.00 per year Benefits:
