Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with prescription management, insurance questions, and product information.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
