What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily ? Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery. ? Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. ? Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. ? Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. ? Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. ? The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call. ? Availability to work a variety of work shifts ? The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key) ? Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check ? Reliable internet connection ?
