• Prioritizing selling and service allows us to develop outstanding consumer experiences that are characterized by motivation, engagement, and a comprehensive understanding of the products we offer.
• Prioritizing the team and culture entails the recruitment, development, and retention of key employees as a top focus.
• Preserves a safe and organized workplace environment through operational excellence.
• Visual merchandising focuses on creating compelling storylines that seamlessly integrate elements of both sports and fashion.
• Digital: Strengthens and nurtures the connection between virtual and physical services through the implementation of face-to-face instruments.

Qualifications:

• Across three years of working in retail operations and customer assistance, responsibilities included managing daily tasks effectively and attending to the requirements of clients promptly
• One year of being in a position of leading others
• Displayed mastery in assembling, structuring, and managing elite teams
• Excitement surrounding the interaction with customers and motivating them to take part in the Nike Membership initiative
• Digital literacy involves a proactive mindset for continuous learning and swift adaptation to keep up with technology's changing needs
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the organization
• Applicants need to demonstrate the physical ability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods, with or without the needed support.
• Proficiency in articulating thoughts in the English language
• Applicants are required to have completed high school or obtained a GED, with further education being a desirable qualification to have
