A high activity, self driven role, the successful candidate will be committed to calling and connecting with clients, setting 15-20 appointments per week, attending all weekly conference calls and training, and most importantly being coachable. If not licensed, willingness to obtain license within a 2 week time frame from hire is essential. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit, unreasonable optimism and a desire to succeed. The average income of a new agent who does the work is $50,000 – $150,000 per year commission pay, with opportunities for bonuses, exclusive trips, life and health insurance coverage, and unlimited growth.
