Responsibilities
- Respond to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems.

- Dispatch emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies.

- Provide world-class customer service to customers in their time of need.

- Notify customers of non-emergency signals.

- Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch.

- Receive and process inbound calls requesting information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
,
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

- Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states.

- One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour).
