Investigation Specialist II- PT, Flex I&O

Description We are seeking an Investigation Specialist II, to join our team. This role involves investigating incidents involving Flex Delivery Partners (DPs), reviewing high risk cases making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Portuguese, Brazilian preferred / English) skilled communicator and problem solver with a passion for conducting thorough investigations to ensure accurate and fair outcomes. Key job responsibilities

• Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.
• Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes.
• Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
• Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.
• Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications -18 months+ of investigations experience. -Must be fluent, both written and verbal communication without using a translator, in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese preferred) and English. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $71,400/year in our highest geographic market.
