You'll play a key role in delivering timely, compassionate service that keeps operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and return incoming patient calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments according to established procedures.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Assist patients with connecting to virtual sessions.
- Verify patient insurance details (if trained/experienced).
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles (preferably remote).
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, calendars, and VOIP/phone software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Dependable internet connection and quiet work environment.
