Responsibilities: ?? Respond to customer inquiries about Apple products and services, providing a complete solution for any technical issues. ?? Use your people skills and problem-solving talent to ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries. ?? Provide knowledgeable troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, and chat. ??
