Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance or information.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or conduct surveys.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
