About the Role: We are hiring Special Education Consultants to support Nebraska school districts with virtual instruction. Caseloads vary depending on district needs and educator expertise. Openings are available for both the current school year and the 2025-2026 academic year, with flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective online instructional plans for students with special needs. • Develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff. • Leverage teletherapy tools to create engaging and interactive lessons. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with families and school personnel. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred). • Active Nebraska Special Education certification. • Prior experience working with students with special needs, ideally in a virtual setting. • Proficiency with teletherapy tools and digital learning platforms. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
