Position: Technical Content Writer

Location: Remote, Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, write, edit, and develop support readiness materials including training modules, knowledge base articles, and other related artifacts.
• Manage content production process ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation suitable for support advocates and engineers.
• Improve and maintain the quality of existing content through regular review and updates.
• Scrub and continuously improve content items to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate with various Lines of Business (LOB) to gather and integrate content requirements.
• Attend LOB meetings to understand content needs and align strategies accordingly.
• Conduct publishing quality checks to ensure content meets specified standards before dissemination.
• Generate volume reports to track content production and consumption metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in content management, (preferably) in a technical support environment.
• Strong proficiency in content production processes including research, writing, editing, and development.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to maintain and improve content quality through regular review and updates.
• Experience in scrubbing and continuous improvement of content items to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Knowledge of Line of Business content coordination processes.
• Willingness to attend and actively participate in LOB meetings to understand content requirements.
• Familiarity with publishing quality checks to ensure content meets specified standards.
• Proficiency in generating volume reports to track content production and consumption metrics.
• Help design/improvise Style guide based on the project requirement
• Help do Editorial review as an when required for the project.
• Collaborate with documentation peers to advance the state of the art in documentation
• Utilizing AI/other ways in improving the Efficiency of Content writing work.
