Validates the primary nursing competencies mandated by the agency to maintain consistent and high-standard healthcare practices. ? Completes the initial assessment appointment and periodically reassesses the patient's nursing care needs. ? Sets off the initiation of the care plan and required adjustments. ? Delivers services that necessitate an extensive amount of specialized nursing expertise. ? Embarks on the initiation of appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing practices. ? Documents patient visits and care conferences promptly and accurately, following Agency policy. Qualifications ? A current and valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN license from the State Board of Nursing must be obtained before the employment start date. It is required to have a valid licensure for practicing as an RN. ? CPR required. ? The position requires a minimum of one year of recent and provable experience as a registered nurse. ? Preference will be given to applicants who have recent licensure and hands-on experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers. Benefits ?
