Warehouse Manager

An eCommerce Company is seeking an Amazon Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff performance. Managing a team of 15-20 employees, this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and prior experience in an Amazon warehouse environment. The Warehouse Manager must ensure compliance with Amazon?s operational standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities: ? Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 warehouse employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency. ? Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes to meet Amazon?s performance metrics. ? Implement and enforce safety procedures, compliance policies, and operational best practices. ? Monitor warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflow efficiency. Skills: ? Strong leadership and team management skills. ? Experience with Amazon warehouse operations, including inventory and fulfillment systems. ?
