Spa Experience Manager Qualifications ? 2+ years of customer service or hospitality management experience ? A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences ? A hands-on, highly visible leader who loves interacting with guests ? Proven experience with membership sales and a passion for conversions ? Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and guest satisfaction ? Experience in events and/or community outreach is a plus!
