Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 (Negotiable based on experience and skill level) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM until job completion (45+ hours/week, OT paid at time and a half after 40 hours)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pool Repair Technician with a strong background in pool maintenance, repair, and installation. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Key Responsibilities ? Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including chemical balancing ? Diagnose and repair motors, pumps, and booster pumps ? Install and replace filters, sand, stem, and laterals ? Install and repair pool lighting and Intermatic timers ? Conduct electrical and plumbing repairs as needed ? Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients ? Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment ? Communicate effectively with customers and team members ? Utilize a smartphone for job tracking and communication Qualifications & Requirements ? 3+ years of experience in pool maintenance and repair ? Strong knowledge of pool chemicals and water treatment ? Ability to handle stressful situations and problem-solve on the job ? Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset ? Strong leadership qualities and ability to work well in a team ? Must have an updated smartphone for work-related tasks ?
