Risk Mgmt Systems Specialist

Qualifications
Required Education: ? High school diploma (or equivalent) Required Experience: ? Two (2) years of experience trending and analyzing data PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor's degree in a related field. ? Riskmanagement certification. ? Experience in a technical field (e.g., informationtechnology (IT)). ? Experience in a healthcare-related field. ? Experiencetracking and trending data. ? Experience listening to and handling complaints. ? Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality laws. ? Knowledge of medicalrecords. ? Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (including Excel). ? Excellent listening skills. ? Good communication skills. ? Good interpersonalskills. ? Good organizational skills. ? Good decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Your Role: ? Responsible for maintaining and supporting the ?Safety Zone Portal,? which is used for submitting safety incident reports, patient complaints, and other report templates maintained therein. ? Analyzes trend data; assists in identifying risk reduction improvements. ? Takes in complaints and documents the same in the portal. ? Investigates and responds to complaints. ? Responsible for maintaining system sign-on ability, enhancements, and updates. ? Assists with regulatory visits and surveys. ? Facilitates risk management education programs. Reports: ?
