About the Role
Circle K Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Business Leader to oversee the operations of our convenience store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store appearance. Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. ? Manage and supervise store employees to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment. ? Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth. ? Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. ? Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers. ?
