Retrieves health records and analyzes biometric data to pinpoint gaps in healthcare and deliver disease-specific education and interventions focused on the identified deficiencies under the supervision and direction of a provider, qualified healthcare professional, or registered nurse. ? Inform and clarify policies and processes for personnel, patients, visitors, and government authorities as necessary. Qualifications ? Obtaining a high school diploma or GED demonstrates an individual's commitment to completing their educational requirements ? CPR certified ? CNA/HCA certified ? LPN Preferred ? Having previous experience for one year in a long-term facility is advantageous Benefits ?
