We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team For remote Therepy . The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need, particularly in the areas of pediatrics, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention. This role requires a strong understanding to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities. The Social Worker will play a vital role in promoting mental health and well-being through individual counseling sessions. Responsibilities ? Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans. ? Provide individual therapy sessions, focusing on mental health support for children and families. ? Facilitate crisis intervention services to assist clients in urgent situations. ? Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital settings to ensure comprehensive care for clients. ? Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations. ? Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and connect them with necessary resources. ? Support clients dealing with issues by providing counseling services. ? Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work. Qualifications ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Social Work or related field. ? MSW and interns welcome ? Experience working with children, including knowledge of pediatric social work practices. ? Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques is preferred. ? Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. ? Ability to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions effectively. ? Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills. ?
