Med Spa Telemarketer (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have a passion for sales. Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calls to potential customers to promote our products or services - Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening - Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by consistently meeting or exceeding daily call quotas - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to potential customers - Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) - Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends Experience: - Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation and commission structure based on performance.
