We are looking to hire someone who is high energy to grow our residential and commercial installation department Who does mind getting dirty. Noble Air Solutions started two years ago and we are looking for someone to help us grow to three locations and over 150 employees over the next 15 years. This is an extremely hard position, but those who work hard and are resilient are extremely successful. Duties ? Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes. ? Perform equipment repairs and routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems. ? Troubleshoot issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical components. ? Read and interpret schematics for installation and repair tasks. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. ? Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites. ? Assist in property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing work related to HVAC installations. ? Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills ? Proficient in refrigeration systems and HVAC design principles. ? Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems. ? Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. ? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ? Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. ? Knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus. ? Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
