About the position Join our team as a Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate at Target, where you will play a crucial role in our Supply Chain and Logistics operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for following all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. You will attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely and efficiently while packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests. Your role will involve ensuring accurate processing of merchandise, handling freight, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse. Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area is essential, as is reporting to work on time and completing job tasks accurately and on time. You will engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement and maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working both independently and as part of a team. The job duties may change at any time due to business needs, and based on your responses to the questionnaire and assessment during the application process, you will be considered for the role of Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate. The requirements for both roles include the ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally throughout your shift. You will need to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during your shifts. Basic math skills, the ability to read labels and product documentation, and proficiency in using computer systems or handheld devices after training are also required. Good written and oral communication skills are essential, and you must be able to understand, speak, and read English proficiently to follow safety policies and instructions. Responsibilities ?
