Facilities Laborer

Description:Provide support to all facility related operations. Obtain/maintain forklift operating certification. Performs any or one of the following typical laboring tasks: - Digs trenches and any other excavations using picks and shovels. - Demolishes, disassembles and removes structures such as scaffolding, partitions, foundations, floors and walks using hand tools such as crow bars, sledge hammers, and other necessary tools. - Removes debris and salvage material using broom, shovel, wheel barrow or truck and loads into motor trucks. - Remove snow as needed using Shovel/Snow removal equipment. - Maintain roof drains on buildings. - Move office furniture throughout the facility using carts/dolly's and hand trucks. Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOD government security clearance at the Secret level. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to work independently or in teams. Must be able to lift, bend and perform the normal activities of a sometimes physically challenging position. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license. Obtain/maintain a DOD Secret security clearance. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
