Data Entry Specialist

We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to be responsible for SAP master data setup and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and high-quality data to support local and global supply chain systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity by performing reviews, analyses, and enrichment while resolving data-related issues. Key Responsibilities ? Process requests for master data creation and maintenance in the ERP system accurately and promptly, adhering to policies, procedures, and SOPs. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, conduct risk analyses, resolve data discrepancies, and execute bulk data corrections as needed. ? Partner with internal teams to ensure data change requests and submissions in the ERP system are complete and compliant with standards. ? Review and analyze complex data scenarios, providing solutions independently. ? Support supply chain process improvements by implementing system-driven processes and defining new master data requirements. ? Collect and validate data for new part numbers and vendor master creation. ? Perform detailed analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance efforts. ? Adhere to laws, regulations, quality management processes, and demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity across all levels of the organization. ? Take on other responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in a related field. ? At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience or 5 years in a comparable ERP system. ? Solid understanding of supply chain business activities. ? Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). ? Team player with a collaborative mindset. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams, etc.). Desired Qualifications ? Expertise in SAP, including experience with data creation and maintenance in MDG. ? Ability to analyze complex scenarios and solve problems independently. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent multitasking skills. ? Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities. ? Experience with data processing and analytics in a manufacturing environment. ?
