About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to their requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, operating the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise and handling different methods of payment. Responsibilities ? Greet and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers ? Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner ? Stock food and beverage areas with products and supplies What You Will Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
