Assoicate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer (Instructional Design) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Global Services (BGS) GTE Courseware Design and Instruction (CD&I) team is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer to join us in one of the following locations: St Louis, MO; Tukwila WA, Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridely Park, PA. The selected candidate will be primarily supporting our Air Dominance CD&I team SOW for the Navy and Air Force Fighters and Autonomous Aircraft, (CD&I) team supporting contracts with the Navy (F-18), Air Force (F-15), but may be asked to support the Navy and Air Force Mobility, Bombers and Surveillance or the Army's Vertical Lift Platforms. Position Responsibilities: ? Designs technical learning solutions to meet customer and stakeholder objectives. ? Researches and analyzes learning objectives and customer needs. ? Designs and provides recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies. ? Completes design review process with stakeholders. ? Supports development of training content to meet training objectives. ? Evaluates technical training effectiveness and customer feedback. ? Supports developing and accessing new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development, and delivery. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): ? Bachelor's degree or higher ? Experience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data and Learning Management Systems.
