You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Richardson, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects ? Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices Proficiency in electrical design software and tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with sensor signal conditioning, ADC's, ASIC's and/or microcontrollers in products, circuits, and systems. Experience in circuits and systems and laboratory instrumentation e.g. multi-meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition hardware; GPIB control. Effective communication and interpersonal skills WE VALUE Highly skilled in MATLAB, Lab VIEW, C++, C, Python, and/or Visual Basic. Experience with hardware (electronics, embedded devices, circuit design) and/or firmware (HDL/embedded C programming). Experience in digital compensation techniques. This person will be responsible for development and implementation of hardware and software for various applications and systems. Embedded software development experience is desired.
