Job Duties and Responsibilities of Transport Specialist: • Use a large vehicle, such as a tractor trailer, to convey UPS packages on designated paths between company's centers or directly to customers. • Flexibility with your availability is a requirement, as operational demands may entitle working days, nights, and/or weekends. • Uplift all the protocols and guidelines instituted by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and organizational standards, such as passing the DOT medical examination. • Practice UPS's rule on appearance by wearing the uniform given by the enterprise. • Represent oneself as an individual with an unyielding commitment to dependability, responsibility, and a fervid passion for operating large vehicles. • Stay in accordance with U.S. employment eligibility regulations at all times.
