Junior Data Scientist Cohort

Koddi is excited to announce a Data Science training program geared towards recent graduates with Statistics or Computer Science degrees as well as recent grads who have completed Data Science bootcamps! The Koddi Cohort Program is an intensive 8-week training program that includes all aspects of Data Science at Koddi. In addition to technical training during this program, and on an ongoing basis, we will also provide instructor-led and self-paced leadership development opportunities. Program Highlights • Work with industry-leading experts to gain hands-on knowledge and experience • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Koddi business • Have the opportunity to share and present ideas with team members • Participate in leadership workshops and soft skill development • Receive executive mentorship and peer-to-peer support throughout the program What you will do • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to learn about company goals and objectives • Assist in translating that understanding into basic machine learning solutions that address business challenges and opportunities • Contribute to key projects focused on the development of scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions • Assist in building and deploying production-ready models on large datasets to improve Ad delivery and relevancy performance by utilizing statistical modeling and machine learning techniques • Help design and execute A/B tests to gather insights and answer business questions • Stay engaged in learning and applying foundational machine learning techniques to solve data science problems under the guidance of senior team members • Document learning experiences, methodologies, and findings, sharing insights with the team to foster collaboration and growth • Participate in project planning and prioritization meetings, gradually building experience in interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders What skills and experience you bring • Graduating with a Masters or PhD degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research or Engineering or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework • Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2025 • Internship or project experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field • Solid understanding of machine learning / predictive analytics (e.g. regression, deep learning, causal inference, mathematical optimization) • Familiarity with machine learning tools and platforms such as Spark, Databricks, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, gained through academic projects or internships • Exposure to machine learning techniques and analytics methods (e.g., Deep Learning, Bandits, Causal Inference, or Mathematical Optimization) through coursework or academic projects • Basic SQL skills with experience working on data manipulation and analysis in academic settings • Basic proficiency in Python, with some hands-on experience through coursework, projects, or internships • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office • Availability to work Full Time after the cohort program ABOUT KODDI Koddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy.
