You will (together with your co-lead) • Manage and lead a diverse team of volunteers and interns. • Write content across relevant platforms and channels, specifically our website and newsletter. • Manage internal communications on our platform. • Help us improve our social media and marketing strategy and our SEO. You are • Experience in the field of communications, marketing, management (whether through studies or practical). • Familiar with copywriting, social media tools, advertising. • A born multi-tasker and leader who knows how to manage online communities. • Proficient in English (C1 minimum). You have • A hands-on, pro-active mindset with an eagerness to create structure & organise • A deep interest for European politics • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills • Flexibility and are comfortable to work in an online environment • A good eye for detail: you’d never miss a typo!
