The Senior Manager, Global Work Life Events is a leader who is responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of the Leaves and Accommodations domain within the Benefit Delivery program. This leadership role will focus on continuous day-to-day operational improvement, efficiency, automation, and globalization of standard processes and practices that support Intuit’s HR mission and goals. They will be responsible and accountable for planning, transforming, and delivering Accommodation Services across multiple business groups serving Intuit employees worldwide. A successful candidate should have a proven track record as a leader with subject matter knowledge, a strong business acumen, as well as hands on experience managing accommodation case managers and the ability to manage by influence. They will coordinate with leave of absence services on holding leave and accommodation activities to compliance with legal and company standards, including those set through company policy, local and regional regulations and best practices. This position leads the team responsible for assisting employees and candidates requesting consideration under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), including related state regulations, and similar regulations in several other countries. This role will also work with managers and other leaders across Intuit to coordinate and implement strategies that foster productive, timely, appropriate, and value-added stay at work and return to work plans within the workplace. Intuit is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members out of our offices in either Atlanta, GA, Mountain View, CA and San Diego, CA offices three or more days per week. Responsibilities • Oversee the strategic and operational direction of the Accommodation Service delivery organization, in alignment with key stakeholders, strategic initiatives and business plans. • Conceptualize and deploy industry best practices in reference to process excellence, technology products and services that will have tangible long-term benefit to the company and employees. • Direct the most complex transformation projects that enable effective consolidation of service delivery and deployment of best practices for a consistent employee experience that will span across all of Intuit’s business units and countries where Intuit operates. • Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team performance, retention, and partner and employee experience. • Build a high performance work culture & rewarding work environment leveraging diverse talent. • Coordinate with vendors for medical and clinical review. • Maintain strict confidentiality in verbal and written communications.
