ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collects and analyzes data to determine cost of business activities such as raw material purchases, material usage variances, labor and variable overhead • Completes composite reports from a variety of individual reports which are needed by management such as weekly cash flow forecasts, month capital forecasts, and monthly financial reporting • Assists in the preparation of annual budgets for each cost center of the plant • Prepares monthly work-in-process (WIP) inventory, coordinates and directs routine cycle counts of WIP. • Issues written and oral instructions • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of employees • Maintains harmony among workers and resolves complaints SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
