Forecast to Stock Project Manager

Develop and execute the forecast to stock process for Intel products, utilizing data and analytics to drive business decisions. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Use forecasting techniques and tools to accurately predict demand and plan inventory levels. Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for forecast to stock initiatives. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and customer demand. Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and procedures, implementing new strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management. Mentor and train team members on forecast to stock processes and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into forecast to stock strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecast and inventory levels with business goals and objectives. Manage and resolve any supply chain disruptions or issues that may arise.
