Your Role As a Commercial Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair systems, helping our commercial clients make informed decisions about their maintenance and purchase needs. Additional Responsibilities Handle all onsite service calls. Build rapport with clients and recommend the right products and services. Achieve and exceed set financial targets. Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for seamless operations. Maintain an organized work environment and a well-stocked vehicle. Engage in training sessions, morning meetings, and mentor apprentices. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in an on-call rotation. Uphold a professional appearance and a clean driving record. Desired Skills and Experience Journeyman license with knowledge of local codes. Proven expertise in commercial electrical, HVAC, or generator systems. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. High integrity, strong social skills, and the drive to continuously improve. Team-oriented with a competitive spirit.
