About the position Rudy's BBQ, a beloved institution in San Antonio, is expanding its exceptional team and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Administrative Assistant for our Selma location. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by handling key administrative tasks across multiple shifts each day. The position offers flexibility with 15-20 hours per week, with three shifts available daily, each ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. As a part of our team, you will contribute to our core values of Serving Guests, Serving Team Members, Serving Community, and Serving Partners every day. In this role, you will perform daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, filing, and data entry. You will assist with inventory tracking and order processing, supporting management with various administrative tasks as needed.
