JOB DESCRIPTION Business Intelligence Analyst Salary: $73,505 - $101,557 per year Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the HR function of our client's company. This position involves analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to drive HR strategies, improve processes, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards. • Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform HR strategies. • Create statistical models and forecasting tools for predictive analytics and workforce planning. • Design accessible visualizations to communicate complex data using BI tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights. • Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. • Conduct data audits and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. • Support HR initiatives (e.g., talent management, benefits, employee engagement) with data-driven insights. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting. • Work cross-functionally with HR and other departments to meet analytics needs. • Train HR staff on HRIS and reporting tools, promoting self-service analytics adoption. Qualifications: • Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, or related field; 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis up to 4 years). • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field; experience with Infor. Skills: • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel. • Advanced skills in Power BI. • Ability to read and interpret complex reports and materials.
