About the position The Seasonal Housekeeping & Operations role at Kohl's involves maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing daily cleaning tasks and supporting operational processes effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities • Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods , • Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment , • Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use , • Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance , • Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines , • Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team , • Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed , • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services , • Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture , • Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; take appropriate partners as needed , • Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues , • Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., productivity, credit, loyalty) , • Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes , • Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines , • Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers , • Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel , • Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail , • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills , • Must be 18 years of age or older , • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Nice-to-haves • Client facing retail or service industry experience Benefits • Pay Starts At: $14.10 Apply Job!
