Job Title:-Technical Analyst/Computer ProgrammerJob ID:-eBS01022019-01Job Function:- Information Technology.Position:-Full Time, 40 Hrs/WkHours:-9:00 AM to 5:00 PMJob Location:-TX & Other Unanticipated Locations Across U.SNo. of Positions:-MultipleJob Description:-Working with the QA strategy development and testing team for the project in analyzing the Business Requirement Specification based on the Android OS software products.Working with the Scrum team in identifying the needs for the project and determining which testcases to automate/ perform manually and determining the appropriate tools for Automation based on the type of tests like functional, load and performance.Developing test plans and test cases using different techniques Developing automation testcases, executed these test scripts from test lab and logged defects in JIRA.Working on Linux platforms like Ubuntu and Kerberos and scripting like javascript and Python for Android.Working with tools like ADB, Multimedia, Testrail, Quip, Jira, Appium etcTriaging Calling and OTA issues in different layer like Kernel, Protocol testing, WiFitesting.Performing various tests like Functional Testing, Adhoc , Exploratory testing, UI, Usability Testing, Regression Testing, Contraption Testing, End to End testing, Integration Testing, Browser compatibility testing, Security, Positive and negative Testing, System Testing, Data base Testing, API Testing , Network testing (Wi-Fi, 3G, Offline Mode), UAT, GPS, Network Profiler, Batterystats, Dumpsys, CPU Profiler, Internationalization and Localization based testing/Multi language testing (Global).Performing security testing, Functional testing, Black box, Grey box, System testing,OTA and analyzing logs from various streams.Performing automation testing using Appium Inspector, UI Automator Viewer .Creating retrieving, analyzing, and manipulating data by writing SQL queries in SQL Server 2008 and performed backend testing.Debugging the bugs submitted along with the Development team.Platforms tools:Android, Windows XP/7/8/10 , Linux.Languages:C, Java, Python, HTML, XML, SQL, JavascriptOther Tools:Android Studio, ADB, CPU/Network Profiler, Batterystats, Wireshark, Robot Process Automation Framework, Hadoop, QTP 9.5,10,11.0, Appium, Selenium IDE, ,Dumpsys, Fastboot.Bugtacking tools: Jira, Bugzilla, QC, Testrail.Software tools like Eclipse, Charles, PuTTy, HTTP Proxy.
