Requirements • Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree. , • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics strategy, network design, and supply chain optimization. , • Strong interest in coaching or mentoring clients. , • Proven problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical). , • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment. , • Comfort with ambiguous and ever-changing situations. , • Effective communication skills in English and local office languages. Nice-to-haves • Experience in targeted research programs focused on supply chain performance. , • Familiarity with various industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Life Sciences.
