Logistics Coordinator (dispatch)

• This is a FULL TIME POSITION. Candidate must be willing to work 40/hrs/wk.

Responsibilities & Expectations: • Oversee day to day dispatch operations • Monitoring email and responding in a timely manner • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions • Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries • Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule for the next day or upcoming week • Must be able to take and follow direction • Must be willing to be on call nights and weekend (not always, we have an on-call schedule) • Must be a team player • Must be able to make quick decisions • STONG communications skills are REQUIRED (verbal & documentation) • TEAMWORK • Multitasking • Minimum skill of 40 WPM preferred. • Directional skills is a plus • Can work well under pressure • Emotional Control • Reliable, references will be checked. • WFH opportunities!
