Transport Driver
Responsibilities of a Transport Driver: The key tasks for a Transport Driver include transporting items to specified locations within a set timeframe: Operate a vehicle safely to ensure prompt delivery of goods to clients. Perform the necessary duties of loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and driving a delivery vehicle according to assigned schedules and routes. Efficiently communicate with dispatchers, clients, and superiors. It is important to ensure that packages reach their destination undamaged and are handed over to the correct individuals. Offer outstanding customer care, responding to customer questions when required. Ensure that you follow all company policies, safety measures, and traffic laws when operating a vehicle. Requirements for Transport Driver: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate GPS devices and follow driving directions. Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. b time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude and b communication skills.
