The role emphasizes providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the hotel's operations. Responsibilities Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and tear and stains. , Keep the laundry area clean and organized, maintaining stock and inventory. , Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed. , Provide courteous and friendly guest service, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints. , Contribute to a positive work environment for the team and guests. Requirements Ability to follow verbal directions. , Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies. , Ability to work with various chemicals and detergents. , Ability to work without direct supervision.
