About the position As a Data Analyst at Concentrix Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer experiences through data-driven insights. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office three days a week, either in Des Moines, IA or Portland, OR. You will be part of a dynamic team that combines human-centered design with powerful data analytics to deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes and value for our clients, which include a diverse range of brands from emerging companies to Fortune Global 500 leaders across various sectors. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial data structures and reporting, particularly within the energy and utilities sector. You will be responsible for leading data discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and ensuring that the insights you provide align with client needs. Your proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques will be essential as you navigate complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with different levels of leadership, showcasing a consulting mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in Oracle Analytics or similar platforms. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FERC and GAAP will be advantageous.
