Who You Are: Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising? Are you ready to work closely and learn from a seasoned team of Paid Search / Paid Social professionals? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Summer 2025 DELVE DEEPER Internship Program in Louisville, Colorado! As a DELVE DEEPER Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of Paid Search & Paid Social. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (June through August 2025) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team! What we're looking for: • Recent college graduate (2024/2025) • Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly paid search and paid social advertising • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Extremely driven, curious, and motivated personality • Ability to work independently on projects • Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines • Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms (Google Ads) • Ability to perform in depth research and analysis What youll need: • Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelors degree in digital marketing, advertising, business or a related field • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher What DELVE offers: • Compensation: $22 per hour • Beautiful Office & Workspace: Newly built and designed office exclusively for DELVE with local restaurants, shopping, and hiking/biking trails.
