Live Chat Operator
Job description Bauer Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services. As a key representative of Bauer Dentistry, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and help improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities : - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels. - Resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and service-related concerns efficiently. - Provide detailed and accurate information about Bauer Dentistry's services and products. - Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely solutions. Qualifications : - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. - Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
