What You’ll Do: As a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll help clients protect their homes, yachts, planes, vehicles, and businesses, building trust and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Consistently exceed sales targets by delivering tailored insurance solutions. • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through top-tier communication and service. Qualifications: • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Property & Casualty insurance. • Licensing: Active Insurance License (220 or 2044 preferred). • Proven success in sales with a history of exceeding goals. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Financial Stability: No repossessions, Chapter 11/13 bankruptcies within 12 months, or Chapter 7 bankruptcies within 3 years. • Must pass a background check and fingerprinting (felonies or misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, or violence may affect licensing eligibility).
