What You’ll Do: As a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll help clients protect their homes, yachts, planes, vehicles, and businesses, building trust and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Consistently exceed sales targets by delivering tailored insurance solutions. • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through top-tier communication and service. Qualifications: • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Property & Casualty insurance. • Licensing: Active Insurance License (220 or 2044 preferred). • Proven success in sales with a history of exceeding goals. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Financial Stability: No repossessions, Chapter 11/13 bankruptcies within 12 months, or Chapter 7 bankruptcies within 3 years. • Must pass a background check and fingerprinting (felonies or misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, or violence may affect licensing eligibility). IMPORTANT: Please note: The final step in the hiring process is for you to arrange reference calls with your managers and other professional contacts who can attest to your performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. What We Offer: Earning Potential: $45,000 - $120,000+ annually (Base pay + Commission/Bonus).
