Role Overview: Could you be our next Email/Web Designer ?Globe Life is looking for an Email/Web Designer to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and coding visually appealing, responsive marketing emails, as well as assisting with basic website updates. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, web coding skills, and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, while contributing to website maintenance and updates. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) . What You Will Do: Email Marketing Design Design and develop engaging, mobile-responsive email templates and campaigns. Write clean, efficient HTML and CSS for email rendering across various platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Work with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and audience preferences. Work with Analytics team to measure metrics, conversions, etc. Troubleshoot and fix rendering issues to ensure emails display correctly on all devices and platforms. Website Maintenance & Updates Assist with website updates, including content changes, adding images, updating text, and UX design work. Ensure all website changes are aligned with branding and marketing objectives. Coordinate with the web team to maintain website functionality and resolve minor issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive strategies across both email and web platforms. Collaborate on campaigns that integrate email and website features for maximum user engagement. What You Can Bring: Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Web Design, Visual Communication, or similar field or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience working in marketing or web design capacity. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Portfolio of design work. Highly motivated self-starter a must. Practical knowledge of design software and web coding languages, including: Adobe Creative Suite Figma HTML/CSS Bootstrap Constant Contact Responsive Design ADA WCAG Additional Skills and Experience a plus: Version control tools such as Git or TFS MVC framework Experience working with CMS Systems, especially Kentico Applicable To All Employees of Globe Life Family of Companies: Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
