Wealth Management Account Specialist

The Wealth Management New Account and Operation Specialist will partner with Guardian General Agencies to process and service wealth management accounts. You are Detail oriented and possess excellent time management skills You will Partner with General Agencies and Financial Representatives to onboard new clients Process new account opening and funding Assist with Asset movements, wires, checks, journals, and ACH Monitor and Track account alerts Service Park Avenue Securities accounts including brokerage and advisory You have College Degree or relevant work experience Strong retirement and wealth management knowledge The ability to work independently and with a team A background in the financial services industry in a service, operational, or sales support role An understanding of broker dealer systems for account opening, asset movements, and order entry Proficiency with MS Office programs Salary Range: $48,170.00 - $72,260.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
